The site www.olteniahotel.ro is a commercial site, owned by SC TUBOMET SRL, which allows the reservation rooms at Hotel Oltenia, owned by TUBOMET SRL.

Our desire is to offer you an unforgettable experience in the Oltenia Hotel, setting a set of rules that you can take into consideration.
Arrival and departure:
– Check-in is from 14.00.
– Check-out is until 12:00.
– At the request of customers and when the hotel has spaces, special rates for staying in the room after 12.00 may be applied in accordance with international practice as follows:
1. to stay until 23:00 will be charged 50% of the room rate
2. Baggage can be stored free of charge in the luggage room for 24 hours.
The accommodation of each person will be done by filling in the registration form according to the identity card.
Children up to 7 years old will be accommodated free of charge, and children aged 7-12 will be charged 50% of the rate with or without extra bed in the room, and children over 12 years will be charged the normal rate.

Any cancellation will be made by contacting the reservation service.
No sanctions will be applied if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance and only if no tax documents (invoice) have been issued.
Prices vary depending on the type of room chosen and the number of people.
Payment is accepted in cash (RON) or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) at the reception, payment will be made upon check-in.
Online with credit card (Visa / Maestro / MasterCard).
If you choose the “Online Banking” payment method, you need to fill out a form with information about your card in a secure payment processor.
– Credit / debit cards issued by Visa and MasterCard (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through “3-D Secure” developed by organizations providing on-line the same level of ATM or physical environment security, trader.
– “3-D Secure” warrants that no information about your card is transferred or stored at any time, nor does it store servers for server payments processing, these details being managed directly by Visa and MasterCard systems.
If the customer has paid for the booked room and has sent an invoice, the amount paid is not refundable, regardless of whether the customer has canceled the reservation in time or not.
Restaurant and bar operating program:
Breakfast is served daily between 07:00 and 10:00, Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 10:00. In the ground floor restaurant we expect you daily from 07:00 to 24:00.
There are non-smoking rooms and smokers in the hotel, so the restaurant and public spaces are places.
The hotel and public areas are monitored by the room system. We are not responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen objects, which imply that they incite the hotel, conference rooms, restaurant and bar.
Parking space and cars:
The Hospitality Unit can park security cars and guards (we suggest you avoid mischievous objects at sight).
We want to provide the best conditions for people with special needs. The vast majority of hotel rooms are accessible to people with disabilities.
The general rule is that the hotel is not allowed to accommodate people accompanied by animals and birds. In exceptional cases and only in case of hotel accommodation, a certificate will be sent on arrival at the hotel of national / international health (including vaccinations). Payment of the tax is 50% of the amount collected for one person.
You can receive visitors in your room between 08:00 and 22:00, at no additional cost, where guests receive between 22:00 and 08:00 will have to pay the difference and will be registered at the reception.
We will never use personal data without your prior consent.
It is a continuing concern. Linen is changed to 2 days of accommodation, towels every day or on request.
The customer is liable to the hotel for damages to other customers or hotel staff, buildings, furniture and equipment, where the fault / intent can be imputed. Hotel liability does not apply to vehicles or their loads.
